By using this website at lastcallprogram.com or purchasing Avantcare's products or services, you agree to adhere to the following return policy, in addition to our general terms and conditions. Please read our terms and conditions and this policy carefully.

Control or stop your drinking within 60 days, if after following the Last Call Program protocol for 60 days you haven't controlled or stopped your drinking, please notify us and we will assign an Avantcare Certified Advisor to you for assistance with our program for an additional 60 days and provide an additional 10 bottles of Sobrexa and 3 bottles of Kalmaro. Follow up program will be supervised by Avantcare Medical Director. After the additional 60 days has completed, if you are still not satisfied with your ability to control or stop your drinking you will receive a full refund, upon request.

AT-HOME PROGRAM PROTOCAL

The LAST CALL program and any Polyphytoceuticals which are offered and sold through Avantcare, Inc.'s websites are designed for home use unless explicitly specified otherwise. As such, it is impossible for Avantcare to monitor or determine whether or not, or to what extent, an individual is following the directions, or complying with the program as it was intended and outlined in the user guide, which is an integral part of the product. Therefore, a product that has been opened, used, or altered by an individual in any way cannot be accepted for return or exchange unless meeting the above guidelines of the product 100% satisfaction guarantee. UNOPENED BOX OR REFUSED DELIVERY RETURNS

An unopened box may be shipped back to Avantcare at the customer's expense. If the customer wishes to returned an unopened box, it must be done within the first 14 days of the order date. Any packages returned after 14 days of the order date will not be granted a refund. Once received by Avantcare, a $52 restocking fee will be charged and deducted from the refund amount in addition to Avantcare's original shipping costs to the customer. The refund amount will be credited to the customer's payment method within 30 days of receipt of the package.

OPENED BOX OR PARTIALLY CONSUMED PRODUCT RETURNS

Due to the nature of the LAST CALL program, we cannot offer refunds for opened boxes or partially consumed products, unless you have met the guidelines of the 100% satisfaction guarantee as highlighted above.
